withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours. VIP withdrawals are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.
When requesting a withdrawal via check, please allow 5 to 10 business days after your check has been authorized for it to be delivered. You may place your withdrawal request at the casino Cashier. Make sure to place one single withdrawal request instead of several ones as we can only process one withdrawal per day or week depending on the method chosen.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is $20.00 if for our e-wallet solutions and $50 for a check.
The maximum monthly limit for any withdrawal is $5,000.00. Payments above $5,000
will be paid out via installments not exceeding $5,000 per
month in accordance to casino policies.
For example,
a $11,500 winner will be paid $5,000 in the first month, $5,000
inthe second month and $1,500 in the third month.
Withdrawal methods cannot be combined and only one withdrawal
will be processed at a time. If you have a withdrawal
pending and want to cash out more winnings, please cancel
the original withdrawal by visiting the Cashier and then request it again for a higher amount.
Our
24/7 customer support will gladly assist you with the process to cancel a withdrawal request and place a new one for a higher or a lower amount.
In some instances we will require that you submit a Security Form before we can start processing
